A Class I Medical Device is a worldwide recognition of our products ingredients. Meaning that all of the ingredients must have scientific and clinical data that is proven to assist in the management of the condition. Some companies use 1 or 2 active ingredients, but we use a 'football team' full of ingredients that all have a part to play in making a product work on the condition that we are claiming ie: Eczema. This gives you peace of mind that the product you are using has clinical evidence behind it.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not! We love testing our new products on ourselves first. They are natural products so do not require anything more.

Are ALL product ingredients listed on the packaging?

YES! Grahams Natural takes pride in our formulations and want to share this with our customers. As many of our customers have allergies or sensitive skin, we want you to know EXACTLY what you are putting on your skin. Therapeutic Products (Aust L) actually have no requirement to list all of their ingredients, our regulations are one step above this (Class I Medical Device) and we want to share these great natural ingredients with you!

Where should I store my Grahams Natural and do your products have an expiry date?

All Grahams Natural Therapeutic products for Adults and Baby have a shelf life of 36 months if stored under 30 degrees, away from sunlight. Grahams Natural Body & Hair Care that do not have a stamped expiry date are minimum 24 months once opened.

Can I use Grahams Natural Baby and Kids products on a newborn?

YES! All of our baby and kids' products are especially formulated and suitable for newborns but we suggest you patch test first to check for allergies to any natural ingredients.

Is Grahams Natural safe to use during pregnancy?

Absolutely! All our products use natural ingredients. However, we always suggest that it is best to tell your doctor that you are using our brand whilst pregnant.

Eczema is a condition where patches of skin become inflamed, itchy, red, cracked, and rough. Blisters may sometimes occur. It can be triggered by environmental factors, food or hereditary factors. It is usually different for everyone. There is no cure for this condition, so it is more about managing the condition.

What is Psoriasis & what does it look like?

Psoriasis is an over production and build-up of skin cells. It presents as raised, scaly, red patches and causes the skin to itch. Stress is a common trigger for a psoriasis flare. There is no cure for psoriasis, but you can manage symptoms through moisturising, quitting smoking and managing stress. Grahams Psoriasis Cream was formulated to help improve the condition of the skin by providing natural ingredients that enable the skin to retain moisture more effectively, soothing, smoothing and hydrating the skin.

I am tired of concealing my Rosacea daily, what do you suggest I use to help with the redness?

We have developed a natural product with clinically tested ingredients to help calm, cool and soothe the skin affected by Rosacea. Our Rosacea Cream is best kept in the fridge so when you have a flare, it is calming and soothing on the skin. Leave on the skin as a mask for 20 minutes then wash off. This will calm down the capillaries and minimise the redness. Use as a daily moisturiser or night cream for ongoing care and treatment.

Grahams Natural KP Cream is formulated for red, dry and bumpy skin caused by keratosis pilaris, more commonly known as 'strawberry skin'. Keratosis pilaris develops when keratin builds up within the follicular opening, and is often accompanied by a compromised skin barrier, which is why moisturising alone rarely smooths it.

Our formula combines lactic acid, emollients and a pre and probiotic complex to provide gentle exfoliation, replenish the lipid barrier and reduce the appearance of redness. The result is improved skin texture, a more even skin tone and a hydrated, better-supported barrier.

Lightweight, rapidly absorbed and non-greasy, it is suitable for daily use on the arms, thighs, buttocks and cheeks.

Benefits

Keratosis pilaris occurs when keratin accumulates within the follicular opening, forming the firm papules and rough, sandpaper-like texture characteristic of the condition. It is frequently accompanied by impaired barrier function and elevated transepidermal water loss, which is why hydration alone rarely resolves the texture. KP Cream is formulated to address both mechanisms in a single application.

The formula contains lactic acid which acts as a keratolytic to loosen and encourage the shedding of retained keratin from the follicular opening of the bumps. Lactic acid is also a natural humectant, therefore it draws and binds water within the skin barrier, resulting in gentle exfoliation without the tightness or flaking commonly associated other exfoliants.

Supporting this, emollients and humectants replenish the lipid barrier and help reduce transepidermal water loss, improving skin texture with continued use. Lactobacillus ferment, a postbiotic ingredient, then helps maintain a balanced skin microbiome and supports the skin's own barrier repair processes.

The result is a lightweight, rapidly absorbed cream that leaves no greasy or tacky residue, making it suitable for daily application to the upper arms, thighs, buttocks and cheeks.

How to use

Cleanse the affected area with a mild cleanser and pat dry.
Apply a pea sized amount of KP Cream to the affected areas.
Gently massage the cream into the skin until fully absorbed.

FAQs

Should I use a scrub in combination with this cream?

Although you may be tempted to exfoliate your skin, we recommend against doing so. This is because 'scrubbing' the skin can actually do more harm than good, disrupting the skin's barrier.

Plus, Grahams Natural KP Cream contains natural exfoliants which don't damage the skin!

Can I use this cream on my face?

Yes! Grahams Natural KP Cream is suitable for all areas of the body, as we know that keratosis pilaris can affect multiple areas.

How often should I apply this cream?

It is recommended to apply this cream twice daily eg. morning and night.

This will help you to achieve the best results for your skin.

I have a nut allergy, can I use this cream?

Yes! We understand that nut allergies and very common, so therefore we don't include any nut ingredients in the formula.

It is also free from dairy and gluten as well!

Amazing, but small amount

This lotion is absolutely incredible. I am an extremely fair-skinned redhead with severe KP on my legs. For years, I’ve been so self-conscious when wearing shorts or dresses. I’ve seen an immense difference in my KP in only a matter of days since using this lotion. However, the bottle is SO small and the product comes from Australia (shipping takes awhile), so I’m always having lapses in being able to use this lotion consistently. Please make this lotion in a larger size, and I’ll buy it for life for sure!

Dandruff shampoo

Shampoo is absolutely brilliant. Works wonders. But the packaging was horrendous when I opened my parcel. It leaked everywhere the pump had. Not happy with packaging. I have emailed you but u not responded to me

Worked better than prescribed medicine

This has worked better for my daughter and controlled her KP better than the cream prescribed by her dermatologist. When we use consistently it minimizes her KP and you can hardly notice it.
