Grahams Natural Mineral Deodorant is designed for people who want a gentle yet effective alternative to conventional deodorants and antiperspirants. Unlike many mainstream products, it uses natural mineral salts (potassium alum rather than aluminium - don't confuse the two). This helps to neutralize odour causing bacteria instead of blocking sweat glands with aluminium compounds. This means your body can still sweat naturally, while staying fresh!
It’s also formulated for sensitive skin with soothing aloe vera and glycerin, and without harsh alcohols, parabens, or strong synthetic fragrances that often cause irritation. The simple, natural ingredient base makes it less likely to trigger reactions, even after shaving.

HOW TO USE

Apply to clean, dry underarms. Reapply as needed.

If you have been using an antiperspirant (eg. aerosol or spray), it can take a few weeks for the armpit to detox, so keep up with it!

What makes Grahams Natural Deodorant different?

Grahams Natural deodorant uses natural mineral salts to neutralise odour while allowing your body to sweat naturally, unlike aluminium antiperspirants that block pores. It's free from alcohols, alauminium and parabens, making it safe for sensitive skin! It’s also non-sticky, leaves no white marks for everyday freshness.

How often should I apply?

We recommend applying our Natural Mineral Deodorant in the morning to start your day! One application should be enough to keep you refreshed all day long, however before exercise or after swimming, you may want to reapply.

I have sensitive skin, which deodorant should I try?

Our deodorants are made with skin loving ingredients suitable for even the most sensitive skin! However, for those wanting to be extra careful, we would recommend our Fragrance Free option! It has no extra natural fragrance added into it, so may be best for those who do find their skin becomes easily irritated.
As always, we recommend a patch test when first beginning a new product as well, to ensure your skin loves our deodorant as much as it'll love your skin!

Can children use the deodorant?

Yes! Our products are safe for all ages including your pre-teens that are just beginning to experience body odour for the first time! It's actually beneficial to start using a mineral deodorant early on, to limit your pits exposure to the harmful ingredients that are often included in many aerosols.

How does this deodorant differ from the old formula?

Aside from the long needed pacakging refresh, we thought long and hard about what else we could do to make our mineral deodorant the best it could be for your skin! We added glycerin which is a natural humectant, to help support the skin's barrier function.
We of course kept the xanthan gum which helps give the formula a silky texture, allowing it to spread evenly and comfortably without stickiness. Plus don't forget potassium alum (not to be confused with aluminium) which naturally fights odor-causing bacteria!
In short, the new formula offers the same trusted protection, but with extra care for sensitive skin!
