Chemical & Steroid free

Body & Bath Oil
Bath
Add 1-2 capfuls to tepid bath water and bathe for 10-15 minutes. Soaking your skin is beneficial for opening the pores and allowing the oil to penetrate deeper into the skin. Once you get out of the bath, do not rub the oil off. Instead, pat the skin dry and massage the excess oil back into the skin.
You may be required to use more oil if your skin requires more hydration.
Topical Application
The oil can also be applied directly to the skin.
One option is to massage into the skin before or after your shower to protect the skin.
You can also use the oil throughout the day by pouring the oil into the palm of your hand and massaging onto the skin as required.

C+ Eczema & Dermatitis Cream
Apply Grahams Natural C+ Eczema Cream as often as required to keep the affected area moist (2-3 times per day). Use a small amount spread thinly over your skin.

Always follow directions from your doctor, and refer to the leaflet printed on the inside of the box. Always read the label. Use only as directed if symptoms persist see your healthcare professional.

Intensive Therapy Wash
Bath/Shower
Pump a few squirts onto your hands or a soft cloth and apply to skin.
Gently lather the body wash, and rinse off shortly after.

Mega Oil
Mega Oil can be consumed straight from the bottle, or added to your favourite foods from pasta, rice, vegetables, salads, yoghurt or fruit.
Dosage (note that dosages may vary depending on weight or size)
- Children age 1-15 can consume 1ml per age (up to 15ml p/day)
- Adults 16 and over can consume 1 tablespoon (20ml) 1 to 2 times p/day

Notes: Mega oil contains oils at the ratio of 2:1:1 of Omega 3,6,9.
Mega oil must be refrigerated once opened.
Use within 6 weeks.
Can be frozen to prolong freshness.
Do not heat or use for frying.
