    Shipping & Delivery

    Shipment processing time

    All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

    Order Confirmation
    On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
    Where is my order confirmation?
    If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from
    Please contact us by email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.
    All items are sent from our Gold Coast head office in Nerang, QLD. We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 full business days and aim to have items delivered to you within 3 to 7 business days from your order submission. We ship to the USA starting at $5 and then based on weight. Orders that arrive to us by 2 pm Australian Eastern standard time will be shipped the same day.

    New Zealand:
    To most countries we dispatch orders within 24 hours by Australia Post Airmail and it will arrive within 5-10 working days. If orders are under 2kg and shipped to countries where Pack and Track is available then we will send you a confirmation for tracking once your order has been processed.

    Duties and Taxes on overseas shipments

    The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies do vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.
    All orders are tracked under 2 kg however if your order is over 2kg we cannot offer tracking.
